Here's Your Nature Calendar for 2007
This nature calendar for 2007 can be used in many ways including adding the dates to a family nature journal, a pocket diary or PDA (personal digital assistant). Keeping a nature journal with kids will help them to learn the cycles and patterns of the natural world.
To tailor this information to where you live, you can add the the frost dates for your area,when certain foods are in season, tides and the best fishing times. You can also note the first appearance of insects, buds, spring bulbs and birds. It also a good place to keep adaily record of the temperature highs and lows and weather patterns.
I could never keep events straight until I started creating these calendars. They are a lot of work, but worth it. The nature calendar for 2007 includes plenty of helpful information. I have never seen this information presented like this. It would have been very useful years ago when I started studying nature. So, the nature calendar for 2007 is my gift to you.
